ZX Ticket Lifecycle

I have omitted and obfuscated confidential information in this case study. The information in this case study is my own and does not necessarily reflect the views of Zanbato.

OVERVIEW

Zanbato’s ZX product provides a platform that allows brokers to facilitate trading of secondary companies for their clients. This includes consuming data around private companies, managing their client’s interests, and working with Zanbato to complete a trade.

Challenge

We are receiving tickets submitted by users, but they are not following up, are losing interest, and even forgetting about the companies they’re interested in.

This project focused on addressing the following:

  1. Designing to engage users past their initial ticket submission

  2. Aligning platform status and information with the real world

  3. Reorganizing some pieces of the platform that were created disjointedly

SOLUTION

Bring accurate and timely updates to the user while allowing them to access their tickets in a holistic way

The features designed allowed users to see activity and keep track of what was happening to a ticket the submitted, as well as to their portfolio as a whole

  • Ticket history timeline

  • Ticket pipe view
